Green Chemistry is actually the style of chemical processes and products that eliminates and reduces the use and production of harmful substances.  Also known as a type of molecular- level polluting of the environment prevention



Green Chemistry uses a group of 12 principles which can used to create or re-design materials, molecules and chemical transformations to become safer for human environment and human health.  The use of green chemistry concepts to the curriculum has supported a fundamentally new way of the teaching chemistry as well as the GEMs data source has been developed to become an efficient and rich resource for green chemistry training materials.
